Step-by-step guide to achieve instant body and mind relaxation
Take a deep breath and exhale - count 3-2-1 (quietly), 3 times for each number. Visualise the number flashing up and hear your voice counting. Every time you exhale, you feel your body goes deeper and more relaxed.
Visualise number 3. In your mind, slowly relax from your head to toes, placing the numbers counting down from 10 to 1 (from your head to toes) along the body. Specifically on body part which feels stressed - you may tense up the area for 2 seconds and then release.
Visualise number 2. In your mind, step into a safe space where you can relax your mind. Feel the calm surrounding, it can be by the beach, at your home, by a beautiful garden... wherever you feel safe.
Visualise number 1. Now, step into your inner world, your heart, your soul. Imagine stepping through the door, to your inner world and you arrive at the full quiet state.
